Services we offer

National Change of Address (NCOA): Licensed file from USPS used for zip code correction, removal of invalid city names, standardization, Zip+4 coding, carrier route coding, change of address, improved deliverability and nixie elimination. NCOA identifies people and organizations that have moved. We compare your file against the USPS file of “Change of Address” notices. When we detect a record that has an old “moved from” address, we provide the forwarding address or a reason why there is no address available.

• Identifies residents or consumers who have moved. If we have a forwarding address it will be provided back to the customer.
• Available for the last 48 months.
• Address Standardization is included with this process. This adds zip+4 to your file and a new Cass Report is generated. In some instances, this is viewed as an updated file by the post office; which could lead to postal discounts.

Delivery Sequence File (DSF): Licensed file from USPS containing all delivery points in the United States compiled by the USPS mail carriers. It is used to increase mail deliverability, identification of business versus residential address, seasonal address, and the type of mail receptacle (mailbox on curb, mail slot in door, etc.), and the sequence the mail is delivered. DSF tells you exactly what’s wrong with incorrect addresses, and will make corrections to certain types of address errors. We score records according to relative accuracy, and can be used for mail/no mail decisions. DSF contains the complete, exact address for every location that the Postal Service delivers to (over 136 million delivery points).
